ABOUT US

Founded in 2014 by three students, the Baylor University Swim Club is a place for competition and community. Open to all students, the swim club is a place to develop a skill set or continue to refine one.

As a team in the Southwest Swim League, the Baylor University Swim Club competes throughout the academic year against schools from Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

In 2015, the same year in which Baylor joined the league, they were awarded first place at the Championship Swim Meet. The second year competing, they were awarded third place.

In 2018, the team joined the college sector of US Masters Swimming, College Club Swimming (CCS). Through this membership, we are able to compete with teams across the country and earn nationally recognized titles. CCS hosts a national meet every spring in which qualifying swimmers may choose to compete.

As the team continues to grow, itโ€™s mission remains the same: to honor Baylor through its integrity, encouragement, discipline, and teamwork.
